Introducing the drop-out fuse and pull load drop-out fuse, the quintessential outdoor high-voltage protective devices. These are pivotal for safeguarding your electrical systems. Commonly installed on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or as vital links in distribution lines, these fuses offer robust protection against transformer and line short circuits, overloads, and adeptly handle open-circuit load currents. They are meticulously constructed with an insulating bracket and fuse tubes; the static contact is securely affixed to both ends of the insulation bracket, while the moving contact is strategically mounted on the fuse tube ends. The innovative design of the fuse tube features an inner arc tube enveloped by a durable outer phenolic paper tube or an epoxy glass cloth tube. The pull load drop-out fuse is further enhanced with flexible auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, providing unparalleled operational versatility when it comes to managing open or co-load currents.

In standard operation, the drop-out fuse stands firmly in a closed position, with the fuse tube and fuse held under tension. Upon encountering a system failure, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, giving rise to an arc. This arc, in turn, heats the arc tube, which then releases copious amounts of gas, generating high pressure within the tube. This phenomenon creates a vertical wind along the pipeline, effectively stretching and elongating the arc. As the fuse blows, the moving contact loses tension and activates the locking mechanism, which releases the fuse tube, dropping it into the breaking position. To facilitate load pulling, an insulating rod is utilized to disengage the moving contact, maintaining initial contact with the static contact. Continuous pulling with the insulating rod leads to the separation of the auxiliary contacts, with an arc forming and elongating within the hood slit. The gas within the arc cover plays a crucial role in extinguishing the arc when the current diminishes to zero.

It is constructed in accordance with the esteemed GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses expulsion fuses standards. In cases where standards ambiguously define key parameters and configurations, meticulous corrections are applied in line with JB/DQ2139-1986 requirements for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses interim technology, ensuring unparalleled compliance.
Drop-out fuse cutouts and load switching fuse cutouts are essential outdoor high voltage protective devices. Seamlessly integrating with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines, they provide indispensable protection against short circuits and overloads, while expertly managing on/off loading currents. The drop-out fuse cutout consists of insulate insulator supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts securely positioned on both sides of the insulator support and moving contacts adeptly installed at the fuse tube ends. The sophisticated architecture of the fuse tube includes an inner arc-extinguishing tube enveloped by a robust outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. Meanwhile, the load switching fuse cutout is enhanced with reinforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, adeptly managing on-off loading current with precision.

Under standard working conditions, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube remains securely in a closed position. When system faults arise, the fault current rapidly melts the fuse, forming an electric arc that heats the arc-extinguishing tube, releasing substantial gas to create high pressure that propels the arc along the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses its tension, causing the mechanism to lock, and the fuse tube to drop out, transitioning the cutout to an open position. For switching off during cutout loading, operators employ an insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain engaged, but further pulling disengages the auxiliary contacts, generating an electric arc that elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Simultaneously, the arc-extinguishing mechanism releases gas to extinguish the arc as the current reaches zero, ensuring seamless operation and protection.
