The drop-out fuse and pull load drop-out fuse are essential outdoor high-voltage protective devices, exquisitely designed to serve as the steadfast guardians of electric systems. Strategically placed on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or within distribution lines, these fuses provide formidable protection against transformer and line short circuits, as well as overloads, while efficiently managing open-circuit load currents. Their sturdy and robust construction includes an insulating bracket and durable fuse tubes; the static contact is firmly anchored on each end of the insulation bracket, while the moving contact is strategically positioned at the fuse tube's extremities. Ingeniously crafted, the fuse tube consists of an inner arc tube encased by an outer phenolic paper tube or an epoxy glass cloth tube. Engineered for exceptional operational performance, the pull load drop-out fuse is equipped with nimble auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, enhancing its operational flexibility, particularly when maneuvering the complexities of open or co-load currents.

In regular operational activities, the drop-out fuse remains closed, maintaining the fuse tube and fuse under optimal tension. When a system fault occurs, the fault current promptly melts the fuse, creating a potent arc. The arc's intense heat drives a release of gas from the arc tube, increasing the pressure within the tube. This initiates an upward airflow along the conduit, skillfully extending and elongating the arc. As the fuse blows, the tension of the moving contact diminishes, triggering the locking mechanism to release the fuse tube, guiding it into the breaking position. For load pulling operations, an insulating rod is utilized to disengage the moving contact, initially sustaining its connection with the static contact. Persistent pulling with the insulating rod causes the auxiliary contacts to detach, forming and extending an arc within the hood slit. The arc cover's gas ensures the arc's termination when the current subsides to zero.

In adherence to the highest standards, the product model aligns with the JB/T8321-1996 Method for type AC high-voltage fuses preparation. It is meticulously engineered to meet the rigorous requirements of the GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses expulsion fuses standards. When standards ambiguously define critical parameters and configurations, precise adjustments are executed in accordance with JB/DQ2139-1986 requirements for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses interim technology.
Drop-out fuse cutouts and load switching fuse cutouts are indispensable for outdoor high voltage protection. Seamlessly integrated into the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines, they offer indispensable defense against short circuits and overloads, adeptly managing on/off loading currents. The drop-out fuse cutout features insulating insulator supports and a fuse tube; static contacts are securely stationed on either side of the insulator support, with moving contacts stationed at the ends of the fuse tube. The intricate design of the fuse tube includes an inner arc-extinguishing tube, enveloped by an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout boasts robust elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, ensuring proficient management of on-off loading currents.

Under normal operating conditions, the fuse link guarantees that the fuse tube remains securely closed. When faults occur, fault currents rapidly melt the fuse, generating an electric arc that heats the arc-extinguishing tube, releasing abundant gas. This high pressure propels the arc along the tube. Upon the melting of the fuse link, the moving contact loses tension, activating the mechanism to lock, and the fuse tube drops out, transitioning the cutout to an open state. To facilitate switching off during cutout loading, operators utilize an insulating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain engaged, but continued pulling disengages the auxiliary contacts, generating an electric arc that elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Simultaneously, the arc-extinguishing mechanism emits gas, ensuring the arc's extinguishment as the current reaches zero.
