Primarily installed on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or as a critical link in distribution lines, these fuses deliver unparalleled protection against transformer and line short circuits, overloads, and enable the seamless facilitation of open-circuit load currents. Ingeniously engineered with an insulating bracket and robust fuse tubes, the static contact is securely affixed to both ends of the insulation bracket, while the dynamic moving contact is expertly mounted on the fuse tube ends. The fuse tube itself showcases meticulous craftsmanship, comprising an inner arc tube enveloped by a resilient outer phenolic paper tube or an epoxy glass cloth tube. For enhanced operational flexibility, particularly when dealing with open or co-load currents, the pull load drop-out fuse is equipped with agile auxiliary contacts and a sophisticated arc chute.
During seamless normal operations, the drop-out fuse is held firmly in a closed position, with the fuse tube and fuse under perfect tension. However, in moments of system failure, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, generating a potent arc. The arc tube, enduring the intense heat, liberates vast quantities of gas, which creates tremendous pressure within the tube. This results in a vertical wind coursing along the pipeline, effectively stretching and elongating the arc to perfection. Upon the fuse blowing, the moving contact loses its tension, triggering the locking mechanism that gracefully releases the fuse tube, transitioning it smoothly into the breaking position. To manage load pulling, an insulating rod is used to expertly disengage the moving contact, ensuring initial contact with the static contact. Continuous pulling with the insulating rod separates the auxiliary contacts, creating an arc that elongates within the hood slit. The gas within the arc cover facilitates the seamless extinguishing of the arc precisely when the current reaches zero.

Our product model adheres to the rigorous JB/T8321-1996 Method for type AC high-voltage fuses preparation. It is meticulously engineered in compliance with GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses expulsion fuses standards. In instances where standards ambiguously define key parameters and configurations, corrections are made in strict accordance with JB/DQ2139-1986 requirements for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses interim technology, ensuring unmatched reliability and performance.
Drop-out fuse cutouts and load switching fuse cutouts stand as pivotal outdoor high voltage protective devices, seamlessly integrated with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines. They provide indispensable protection against short circuits and overloads while adeptly managing on/off loading currents. The drop-out fuse cutout is a marvel of engineering, comprising insulate insulator supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts securely anchored on both sides of the insulator support and moving contacts expertly installed at the fuse tube ends. Its architecture boasts an inner arc-extinguishing tube enveloped by a robust outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout features enforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure to adeptly manage the on-off loading current, setting a new benchmark for efficiency and reliability.
Under flawless normal working conditions, the fuse link ensures that the fuse tube is steadfastly secured in a closed position. When faced with system faults, the fault current rapidly melts the fuse, producing an electric arc that heats the arc-extinguishing tube and releases substantial gas, creating high pressure that masterfully blows the arc along the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses its tension, the mechanism locks, and the fuse tube elegantly drops out, transitioning the cutout to an open position. To switch off during cutout loading, operators utilize an insulating operating bar to expertly pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain engaged, but with further adept pulling, the auxiliary contacts disengage, generating an electric arc that artfully elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Concurrently, the arc-extinguishing mechanism releases gas to extinguish the arc as seamlessly as the current passes zero.
