The Drop-out Fuse and Pull Load Drop-out Fuse stand as the sentinels of outdoor high-voltage electrical protection, seamlessly integrating with the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or as a vital component in the distribution line's support link. These fuses serve as reliable guardians against transformer and line short circuits, overload threats, and provide a seamless open or co-load current experience. Constructed meticulously with an insulating bracket and robust fuse tubes, the static contacts are strategically positioned at the insulation bracket's ends, while the dynamic moving contacts are secured on the fuse tubes' ends. The sophisticated fuse tube structure encompasses an inner arc tube, paired with an external layer crafted from phenolic paper or a sturdy epoxy glass cloth tube. Notably, the pull load drop-out fuse is designed to elevate operational flexibility, featuring auxiliary contacts and an arc chute that specializes in managing open and co-load currents with unparalleled efficiency.

In standard operational conditions, the drop-out fuse's tube, under tension from the fuse, remains securely closed. However, when a system anomaly arises, the fault current acts swiftly, blowing the fuse and forming an arc. The intense arc causes the arc tube to burn electrically, leading to the release of copious gas quantities, generating high pressure within the tube and creating a vertical airflow along the pipeline. This action elongates and stretches the arc rapidly. Upon the fuse's detonation, the moving contact loses its tension and disengages, triggering the locking mechanism to release the fuse tube, which then drops, marking the breaking position. For load pulling operations, an insulating rod is employed to disengage the moving contact. Initially, this maintains contact between the moving and static components. By continuing to pull with the insulating rod, the auxiliary contacts separate, resulting in an arc between them. This arc is stretched within the hood slit, where gas is present, allowing the arc to extinguish as the current reaches zero.

Conforming to the JB/T8321-1996 Method, our product model stands as a testament to quality in AC high-voltage fuses. The product's parameters are crafted in line with the GB15166.3-1994 standards for high voltage expulsion fuses, ensuring reliability. While the standards may not explicitly define all crucial parameters and configurations, adjustments are made in accordance with JB/DQ2139-1986's interim technological requirements for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses, ensuring cutting-edge performance.
The Drop-out Fuse Cutout and Load Switching Fuse Cutout are indispensable high voltage protective devices for outdoor use. They seamlessly integrate with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines, primarily shielding transformers or lines from the perils of short circuits and overloads, and proficiently handling on/off loading currents. These fuse cutouts are engineered with insulating supports and a robust fuse tube, with static contacts firmly anchored on both sides of the support and moving contacts strategically positioned at the tube's ends. The fuse tube itself features an inner arc-extinguishing tube, encased in an outer layer of phenolic compound paper or epoxy glass. The load switching fuse cutout is engineered to provide enhanced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure for superior on-off loading current management.

Under normal conditions, the fuse link tightens the fuse tube, securing it in a closed position. Should a system fault occur, the resultant fault current promptly melts the fuse, generating an electric arc. This arc heats the arc-extinguishing tube, causing an explosion of gas, which produces high pressure and propels the arc along the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses its tension, the mechanism locks, and the fuse tube drops, indicating an open position. During load switching procedures, the operator uses an insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact remains in contact with the auxiliary static contact. As the pulling continues, the auxiliary contacts separate, generating an electric arc that elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Concurrently, gas is expelled to extinguish the arc as the current approaches zero.
