General
Our specialized Drop-out Fuse and Pull Load Drop-out Fuse serve as reliable guardians of your outdoor high-voltage electrical systems. Expertly engineered for installation on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or as the vital Support Link of distribution lines, they ensure robust short circuit and overload protection. The ingenious design features an insulating bracket, complemented by fuse tubes, with static contacts fitted at both bracket ends. The moving contacts snugly reside at the extremities of the fuse tube, crafted from an inner arc tube and enveloped in a protective phenolic paper tube or epoxy glass cloth tube. With enhanced flexibility, the pull load drop-out fuse integrates auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, adeptly managing the open and co-load current.
In a seamless dance of engineering prowess, the drop-out fuse in normal operation remains steadfast in a closed position, held by the tension of the fuse tube. Upon encountering a system fault, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, igniting an arc. This arc triggers the arc tube to release an abundance of gas, creating a high-pressure environment within. The vertical wind, formed along the tube, elongates and stretches the arc. As the fuse blows, the moving contact loses its grip, activating the locking mechanism which releases the fuse tube into a breaking position. When the load needs to be pulled, an insulating rod is used to detach the moving contact, maintaining contact with the static component. With continued pulling, auxiliary contacts part ways, and the ensuing arc is drawn into the hood slit. The gas-rich arc cover extinguishes the arc as the current reaches zero.

This outstanding product finds its place in 10 ~ 35KV distribution lines and the primary sides of distribution transformers, providing steadfast protection against overloads and short circuits. It excels in separating and combining the rated load current with ease.
Meticulously crafted to meet the JB/T8321-1996 Method of Type AC High-Voltage Fuses, this product adheres to the prestigious GB15166.3-1994 High Voltage Fuses Expulsion Fuses Standards. In cases where standards leave parameters and configurations open-ended, adjustments are made in accordance with JB/DQ2139-198610 ~ 35KV Outdoor High Voltage Drop Fuse Interim Technology Requirements.
The Drop-out Fuse Cutout and Load Switching Fuse Cutout are exemplary outdoor high-voltage protective devices. Designed to integrate seamlessly with distribution transformers' incoming feeders or distribution lines, they stand as vigilant sentinels against short circuits and overloads, gracefully managing on/off load currents. Each fuse cutout is composed of durable insulator supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts affixed at either side of the insulator support. Moving contacts are securely positioned at both ends of the fuse tube, which consists of an inner arc-extinguishing tube and an outer layer of phenolic compound paper or epoxy glass. The load switching fuse cutout further enhances functionality with elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, adeptly handling on-off load currents.
Under normal working conditions, the fuse link ensures that the fuse tube remains securely fastened in a closed position. In the event of a fault, the fault current rapidly melts the fuse link, producing an electric arc. This arc heats the arc-extinguishing tube, causing it to release copious amounts of gas, which generates high pressure and propels the arc along the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses its tension, and the mechanism locks, causing the fuse tube to disengage into an open position. For controlled load disconnection, an insulating operating bar is employed to pull the moving contact. During this process, the main contact remains in touch with the auxiliary static contact. Continued pulling separates the auxiliary contacts, creating an arc that stretches within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. As the arc-extinguishing gas erupts, it blows out the arc as the current reaches zero.

A. Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. You can fly to Longwan airport directly. All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

A. We accept TT. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C At Sight is ok! We'll l show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons, If vou have leaallyl registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
