The drop-out fuse and pull load drop-out fuse are quintessential outdoor high-voltage protective devices designed to safeguard and enhance the reliability of electrical systems. These robust fuses are strategically positioned on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or serve as a critical link within distribution lines, offering unwavering protection against transformer and line short circuits as well as overloads. Not only do they ensure safety, but they also facilitate the smooth handling of open-circuit load currents. Each fuse is meticulously constructed with an insulating bracket and durable fuse tubes. The static contact is securely mounted on both ends of the insulation bracket, while the moving contact resides at the ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube itself is ingeniously crafted from an inner arc tube, which is enveloped by an outer phenolic paper tube or an epoxy glass cloth tube, assuring durability and performance. Additionally, the pull load drop-out fuse is equipped with nimble auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, enhancing operational versatility, especially when managing open or co-load currents.

During routine operations, the drop-out fuse remains steadfast in a closed position, with the fuse tube and fuse under optimal tension. However, upon the occurrence of a system anomaly, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, igniting an arc. This arc heats the arc tube intensely, releasing substantial quantities of gas that generate high pressure within the tube. This mechanism creates a vertical wind along the pipeline, skillfully stretching and elongating the arc until its ultimate resolution. When the fuse blows, the moving contact instantly loses tension, triggering the locking mechanism to release the fuse tube, which then falls gracefully into the breaking position. To manage the load, an insulating rod is adeptly used to detach the moving contact, initially maintaining contact with the static contact. As the insulating rod is further pulled, the auxiliary contacts separate, forming and elongating an arc within the hood slit. The gas within the arc cover masterfully facilitates the extinguishing of the arc as the current gracefully reaches zero.

This product is masterfully engineered for deployment in 10 ~ 35KV distribution lines, branching lines, and on the primary side of distribution transformers. It offers stellar protection against overloads and short circuits while gracefully managing the separation and combination of rated load currents.
The product model is meticulously crafted to conform to the JB/T8321-1996 Method for type AC high-voltage fuses preparation. It is meticulously aligned with the GB15166.3-1994 standards for high voltage fuses expulsion fuses. In situations where standards ambiguously define pivotal parameters and configurations, adjustments are made in strict accordance with the JB/DQ2139-1986 requirements for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses interim technology, ensuring precision and reliability.
Drop-out fuse cutouts and load switching fuse cutouts stand as critical outdoor high voltage protective devices. These devices are seamlessly integrated into the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines, providing essential protection against short circuits and overloads while adeptly managing the on/off loading currents. The drop-out fuse cutout is composed of durable insulate insulator supports and a robust fuse tube, with static contacts firmly secured on both sides of the insulator support and moving contacts elegantly installed at the fuse tube ends. The architecture of the fuse tube includes an inner arc-extinguishing tube wrapped in an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout features reinforced elastic auxiliary contacts and a sophisticated arc-extinguishing enclosure to manage on-off loading currents with precision.

Under standard working conditions, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube is securely maintained in a closed position. When system disruptions occur, the fault current promptly melts the fuse, resulting in the creation of an electric arc that intensely heats the arc-extinguishing tube and liberates a significant volume of gas, generating substantial pressure that propels the arc along the tube. Upon the melting of the fuse link, the moving contact loses its tension, the mechanism locks, and the fuse tube gracefully drops out, transitioning the cutout to an open position. During cutout loading, operators employ a reliable insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain engaged, but further pulling seamlessly disengages the auxiliary contacts, generating an electric arc that lengthens within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Simultaneously, the arc-extinguishing mechanism releases gas to efficiently extinguish the arc as the current gracefully transitions through zero.
