The S11-M series, a fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer, is a groundbreaking creation by Chaotai Power. It boasts remarkable features such as low loss, minimal noise, and superior efficiency, ensuring excellent energy conservation and reduced pollution. Unlike conventional oil-immersed transformers, this design eliminates the oil conservator, with oil volume changes being automatically managed by the corrugated oil tank's elastic sheets. This innovation effectively isolates the transformer from air exposure, significantly curbing oil degradation and insulation aging, thereby enhancing reliability and minimizing the need for maintenance during normal operations.

Voltage Level: Available options include 10KV, 11KV, 13.8KV, 15KV, 17.5KV, 20KV, 22KV. 3. Type of Voltage Regulation: Choose between Off-circuit or On-load regulation.
4. Tapping Range: Offers flexibility with ±5 %, ±2x2.5 %, or ±4x2.5 % adjustments.
5. Frequency: Compatible with both 50Hz and 60Hz power systems.
6. Phases: Available in either three or single-phase configurations.
7. Connection Symbol: Options available include Dyn11, Yyn0, or as per specific requests.

Q2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A. Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. You can fly to Longwan airport directly. All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
Q3. What's the payment term?
A. We accept TT. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C At Sight is ok! We'll l show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4. Tell me the standard of package? What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons, If vou have leaallyl registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A. If the number of aoods is small we usually use TNT.DHL.FEDEX.EMS and some express voull offered. If the number of the goods is big usually we use the FWD you offered or we provided. Either by sea or by air is OK.

The specificl delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Silicone rubber's reqular product is 1,000/ week, Porcelain's need 2-3 weeks about 1000 pcs.
