The Drop-out Fuse and Pull Load Drop-out Fuse represent the pinnacle of outdoor high-voltage electrical protection technology. These cutting-edge devices are crucial for installation on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers and as key components in distribution lines. They are expertly designed to shield against transformer and line short circuits and overloads, while also allowing for smooth opening and co-loading of currents. The drop-out fuse is a marvel of engineering, constructed with a sturdy insulating bracket and innovative fuse tubes. The static contacts are securely positioned at both ends of the bracket, while the moving contacts are artfully attached to the fuse tube ends. The fuse tube itself is a sophisticated assembly, featuring an inner arc tube with an outer layer made of either phenolic paper or epoxy glass cloth. The Pull Load Drop-out Fuse further enhances operational flexibility, incorporating auxiliary contacts and an expertly designed arc chute to ensure seamless current load operations.

Under regular operating conditions, the drop-out fuse is held in a closed position, with the fuse tube meticulously tensioned. In the event of a system fault, the fault current rapidly causes the fuse to blow, creating an arc that ignites the arc tube. This ignites a large amount of gas, generating high pressure that forms a vertical wind path, stretching and elongating the arc with remarkable speed. When the fuse blows, the moving contact releases its tension, rotating outward and allowing the fuse tube to drop into a breaking position as the locking mechanism disengages. For load operations, an insulating rod is used to manipulate the moving contact, keeping it engaged with the static contact. With further pulling, the auxiliary contacts separate, creating an arc that elongates within the hood slit. The arc cover, filled with gas, facilitates swift arc extinguishment as the current reaches zero, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

This exceptional product is specifically engineered for application in 10 to 35KV distribution lines, including branching lines and the primary side of distribution transformers. The product's meticulous design is in strict conformity with the JB/T8321-1996 Method for AC high-voltage fuse preparation, and the product parameters align seamlessly with GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses Expulsion fuses standards. In instances where standards do not thoroughly define critical parameters and configurations, adjustments are made in accordance with the JB/DQ2139-1986 interim technology requirements for 10 to 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses.
The Drop-out Fuse Cutout and Load Switching Fuse Cutout stand as premier solutions for high-voltage outdoor protection. Expertly crafted to connect with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or lines, they play a vital role in defending transformers and lines against short circuit events and overloads, while seamlessly managing on/off load currents. The drop-out fuse cutout features robust insulating insulator supports and a sophisticated fuse tube. Static contacts are precisely fixed on both sides of the insulator support, and moving contacts are installed at the fuse tube's ends. This ingenious design incorporates an internal arc-extinguishing tube, paired with an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout further enhances functionality with reinforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, delivering exceptional efficiency in on-off load current switching.

In standard operational scenarios, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube is tightly secured in a closed position. When faults arise, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, forming an electric arc. This arc heats up the arc-extinguishing tube, releasing a vast amount of gas, which generates high pressure and stretches the arc throughout the tube. After the fuse link has melted, the moving contact loses its tension, allowing the mechanism to lock and the fuse tube to drop, switching to an open position. For load switching during cutout, operators utilize an insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact remains engaged with the auxiliary static contact. As the operator continues, an electric arc forms between the auxiliary contacts, elongating within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. The arc-extinguishing mechanism expertly expels gas to extinguish the arc as the current passes through zero, ensuring optimal safety and reliability.
