General
The drop-out fuse and pull load drop-out fuse represent essential outdoor high-voltage electrical protection. Positioned on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or integrated into the distribution line as a Support Link, it ensures robust protection against short circuits, overloads, and seamlessly manages open and co-load currents. Meticulously crafted from reliable insulating brackets and fuse tubes, the structure features static contacts on both ends of the insulation bracket and moving contacts on the fuse tube ends. The fuse tube, an ingenious blend of an inner arc tube and an outer phenolic paper or epoxy glass cloth tube, forms the heart of the system. The pull load drop-out fuse is further enhanced with flexible auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, optimizing the management of open and co-load currents with superior efficiency.
In standard operation, the drop-out fuse remains in a secure closed position, maintained by the fuse tube's tension. Upon a system fault, the fault current instantly severs the fuse, generating an arc that ignites the arc tube. This activity releases significant gas volumes, developing high pressure inside the tube and creating a vertical airflow along the pipeline, swiftly elongating and quenching the arc. Once the fuse is blown, the loss of tension in the moving contact initiates a mechanism that releases and drops the fuse tube, achieving a definitive breaking position. During load disconnection, the insulating rod aids in pulling the moving contact. Despite initial contact between the moving and static contacts, further manipulation separates the auxiliary contacts, forming an arc between them. This arc is expertly managed within the hood slit, which, through gas generation, extinguishes the arc as the current reaches zero.
Use and Standards
This highly specialized product finds its application across 10 ~ 35KV distribution line branching lines and the primary side of distribution transformers. It is engineered to adeptly handle overload and short circuit protection while facilitating seamless Separation and Combination of the rated load current.
The product model adheres to JB/T8321-1996 Method for AC high-voltage fuses, with parameters crafted as per GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses Expulsion fuses standards. While these standards provide a foundation, some key parameters and configurations require refinement in accordance with JB/DQ2139-1986 regulations for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses, ensuring cutting-edge performance and reliability.
Designed for outdoor use, the drop-out fuse cutout and load switching fuse cutout serve as crucial high voltage protective devices. They seamlessly connect with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or lines, offering invaluable protection against short circuits and overloads. Engineered for superior on/off loading current management, these cutouts comprise insulate insulator supports, fuse tubes, and static contacts on each side of the insulator support. The moving contact is affixed to the fuse tube ends, featuring an inside arc-extinguishing tube supported by an outer phenolic compound paper or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout is further equipped with enforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, ensuring efficient on-off loading current functionality.
Under normal conditions, the fuse link fortifies the fuse tube in a firm closed position. In the event of a system fault, the fault current promptly melts the fuse, generating an arc that activates the arc-extinguishing tube, releasing significant gas to create high pressure along the tube. Upon the fuse link melting, the moving contact loses its tensile strength, triggering a mechanism that drops the fuse tube, transitioning the cutout to an open position. For switching off during load cutout, an operator must utilize an insulating operating bar to maneuver the moving contact. Initially, the main and auxiliary static contacts remain in contact. Continued pulling separates the auxiliary contacts, generating an electric arc that lengthens within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Simultaneously, the enclosure releases gas, extinguishing the arc as the current passes through zero.

A. We accept TT. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C At Sight is ok! We'll l show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons, If vou have leaallyl registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
