**General**
The drop-out fuse and pull load drop-out fuse are indispensable outdoor high-voltage protective devices, expertly engineered to safeguard electric systems. Positioned on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or within distribution lines, these fuses deliver unmatched protection against transformer and line short circuits, along with overloads, while proficiently managing open-circuit load currents. Their sturdy construction includes an insulating bracket and fuse tubes; the static contact is securely anchored on each end of the insulation bracket, while the moving contact is strategically placed at the fuse tube's ends. The fuse tube is innovatively designed with an inner arc tube enveloped by an outer phenolic paper tube or an epoxy glass cloth tube. For optimal operation, the pull load drop-out fuse is fitted with agile auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, enhancing its operational agility, especially in handling open or co-load currents with finesse and precision.
In routine operations, the drop-out fuse remains closed, keeping the fuse tube and fuse in tension. Upon a system fault, the fault current rapidly melts the fuse, creating an arc. This arc's intense heat propels a surge of gas from the arc tube, increasing pressure inside the tube. This triggers a vertical airflow along the pipeline, effectively stretching and lengthening the arc. As the fuse blows, the tension of the moving contact dissipates, activating the locking mechanism, which then releases the fuse tube, guiding it to the breaking position. For load pulling, an insulating rod is utilized to disengage the moving contact, initially keeping it connected with the static contact. Consistent pulling with the insulating rod causes the auxiliary contacts to separate, forming and stretching an arc within the hood slit. The arc cover's gas assists in extinguishing the arc when the current falls to zero, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced safety.

It serves as a steadfast protector against overloads and short circuits, while proficiently managing the separation and union of rated load currents, ensuring an uninterrupted and reliable power supply.
Conforming to top-tier standards, the product model is aligned with the JB/T8321-1996 Method for type AC high-voltage fuses preparation. It is meticulously crafted to meet the demanding GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses expulsion fuses standards. In instances where standards ambiguously outline essential parameters and configurations, precise adjustments are executed in compliance with JB/DQ2139-1986 requirements for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses interim technology, ensuring superior performance and dependability.
Drop-out fuse cutouts and load switching fuse cutouts are pivotal for outdoor high-voltage protection. Seamlessly incorporated into the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines, they provide essential defense against short circuits and overloads, efficiently managing on/off loading currents. The drop-out fuse cutout features insulate insulator supports and a fuse tube; static contacts are firmly placed on either side of the insulator support, while moving contacts rest at the ends of the fuse tube. The sophisticated design of the fuse tube includes an inner arc-extinguishing tube, encased by an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout boasts resilient elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, ensuring proficient management of on-off loading currents with precision and efficiency.
Under standard operating conditions, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube remains securely closed. When faults occur, fault currents quickly melt the fuse, creating an electric arc that heats the arc-extinguishing tube, releasing ample gas. This high pressure propels the arc along the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses tension, triggering the mechanism to lock, and the fuse tube drops out, transitioning the cutout to an open state. To switch off during cutout loading, operators use an insulating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain engaged, but further pulling disengages the auxiliary contacts, generating an electric arc that elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Simultaneously, the arc-extinguishing mechanism releases gas, ensuring the arc is extinguished as the current reaches zero, offering seamless and secure operational capabilities.
