The Pull Load Drop-out Fuse distinguishes itself with superior flexibility, featuring auxiliary contacts and an artfully designed arc chute to facilitate seamless current load operations.

The Drop-out Fuse Cutout and Load Switching Fuse Cutout are premier outdoor high-voltage protective devices of exceptional caliber. Purposefully designed to connect with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or lines, they play a pivotal role in safeguarding transformers and lines from short circuit incidents and overload conditions, while skillfully managing the on/off load current. The drop-out fuse cutout is composed of resilient insulating insulator supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts securely fixed on both sides and moving contacts expertly installed at the ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube incorporates a sophisticated internal arc-extinguishing tube, paired with an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout is further enhanced with elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure for efficient on-off load current switching.
In standard operational scenarios, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube remains securely closed. Upon encountering faults, the fault current promptly melts the fuse, generating an electric arc that activates the arc-extinguishing tube, releasing substantial gas volumes and creating high pressure to elongate the arc within the tube. After melting, the moving contact loses tension, allowing the mechanism to lock, and the fuse tube to drop out, transitioning to an open position. For cutout load switching, operators employ an insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact remains engaged with the auxiliary static contact. As the auxiliary contact is further drawn, an electric arc forms between them, elongating within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Concurrently, the arc-extinguishing mechanism expels gas to proficiently extinguish the arc as the current reaches zero, ensuring operational safety and continuity.
