The Drop-out Fuse and Pull Load Drop-out Fuse are quintessential solutions for outdoor high-voltage electrical protection. Strategically engineered, these devices are positioned on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or serve as pivotal links in distribution lines. They offer essential safeguarding against transformer and line short circuits, overload conditions, and facilitate the seamless opening and co-loading of current. Expertly crafted, the drop-out fuse includes an insulating bracket and fuse tubes, with static contacts firmly affixed at both ends of the bracket and moving contacts attached to the ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube construction features a robust inner arc tube, complemented by an outer phenolic paper tube or epoxy glass cloth tube. The Pull Load Drop-out Fuse is a marvel of engineering, boasting enhanced flexibility with auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, meticulously designed to ensure flawless current load operations.

During standard operations, the drop-out fuse remains securely closed with the fuse tube tensioned. In the event of a system malfunction, the fault current promptly blows the fuse, generating a formidable arc. This arc ignites the arc tube, causing the decomposition of large gas volumes, creating high pressure within the tube, and generating a powerful vertical wind path that swiftly stretches and elongates the arc. As the fuse blows, the moving contact releases tension and rotates outwards, while the locking mechanism disengages, allowing the fuse tube to gracefully drop and achieve a breaking position. When load pulling becomes necessary, an insulating rod is artfully employed to pull the moving contact, maintaining its connection with the static contact. With sustained effort, the auxiliary contacts separate, creating an arc between them that is skillfully stretched within the hood slit. The arc cover, designed to contain gas, facilitates the efficient extinguishment of the arc as the current approaches zero.

This distinguished product is meticulously crafted for deployment in 10 to 35KV distribution lines, including branching lines and on the primary side of distribution transformers. It provides robust protection against overloads and short circuits, while enabling the efficient separation and combination of the rated load current.
The meticulous design of this product strictly adheres to the JB/T8321-1996 Method for AC high-voltage fuse preparation. The product parameters are precisely aligned with GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses Expulsion fuses standards. In cases where standards lack detailed definitions of critical parameters and configurations, adjustments are deftly made following the JB/DQ2139-1986 interim technology requirements for 10 to 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses.
The Drop-out Fuse Cutout and Load Switching Fuse Cutout represent the pinnacle of outdoor high-voltage protective devices. Expertly designed to connect with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or lines, they play an indispensable role in safeguarding transformers and lines from short circuit incidents and overload conditions, while deftly managing the on/off load current. Comprising insulating insulator supports and a fuse tube, the drop-out fuse cutout features static contacts fixed on both sides of the insulator support and moving contacts installed at the fuse tube's ends. The fuse tube's internal arc-extinguishing tube is expertly paired with an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout further includes enforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, ensuring optimal efficiency in on-off load current switching.

In normal operational scenarios, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube remains tightened, maintaining a steadfast closed position. When faults occur, the fault current swiftly causes the fuse to melt, generating an electric arc. This triggers the arc-extinguishing tube to heat and release a substantial volume of gas, creating high pressure and elongating the arc throughout the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses its tension, allowing the mechanism to lock and the fuse tube to gracefully drop out, transitioning to an open position. For load switching during cutout, operators utilize an insulating operating bar to delicately pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact remains engaged with the auxiliary static contact. As the auxiliary contact is progressively pulled, an electric arc forms between the auxiliary contacts, which elegantly elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Simultaneously, the arc-extinguishing mechanism expertly expels gas to extinguish the arc as the current passes through zero.
