General
Introducing our state-of-the-art drop-out fuse and load switch drop-out fuse, designed to provide superior outdoor high-voltage protection for electrical systems. These innovative devices are ingeniously installed on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or as essential support links on distribution lines, offering robust protection against transformer and line short circuits, overloads, and co-load currents. Crafted with precision, the drop-out fuse is composed of an insulating bracket and fuse tubes, featuring static contacts securely placed at both ends of the bracket. The moving contact is elegantly positioned on the fuse tube ends, comprised of an inner arc tube and an outer layer of phenolic paper or epoxy glass cloth tube. The load switch drop-out fuse boasts enhanced flexibility with its auxiliary contacts and arc chute, ensuring unparalleled performance in handling co-load currents.
During normal operation, the drop-out fuse maintains a secure closed position with the fuse tube under tension. However, in the event of a system fault, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, leading to arc formation. This arc ignites the arc tube, generating a significant amount of gas and creating high pressure within the tube, resulting in a powerful vertical wind through the pipeline. The arc rapidly stretches and elongates, allowing for swift fault resolution. Once the fuse blows, the moving contact loses tension, unlocking the mechanism, and releasing the fuse tube, which drops to form the breaking position. For load switching, operators use an insulating rod to draw the moving contact. Initially, the moving and static contacts remain engaged. As the rod continues to pull, the auxiliary contacts separate, creating an arc that stretches within the hood slit. The arc cover contains gas, and as the current approaches zero, the arc extinguishes seamlessly.

Our cutting-edge product is engineered for use on 10 ~ 35KV distribution lines' branching segments and the primary side of distribution transformers. It effectively manages overload and short circuit protection, enabling seamless Separation and Combination of the rated load current.
This remarkable product model is meticulously crafted in accordance with JB/T8321-1996, a standard for the preparation of AC high-voltage fuses. The product parameters are designed to meet GB15166.3-1994 standards for high-voltage expulsion fuses. While the existing standards may not comprehensively define crucial parameters and configurations, our product is refined based on the interim technical specifications outlined in JB/DQ2139-1986 for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high-voltage drop fuses.

Designed to seamlessly integrate with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines, they play a pivotal role in safeguarding transformers or lines from the perils of short circuits and overloads, while adeptly managing on/off loading currents. The drop-out fuse cutout is meticulously crafted with insulating support structures and a fuse tube, featuring static contacts securely affixed to both sides of the insulator support and moving contacts strategically installed at the fuse tube's ends. The fuse tube ingeniously combines an inside arc-extinguishing tube with an outer layer of phenolic compound paper or epoxy glass tube. For enhanced functionality, the load switching fuse cutout is equipped with robust, elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure to ensure precise switching of on-off loading currents.
In normal operational conditions, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube remains securely fixed in a closed position. Should a system fault arise, the fault current quickly melts the fuse link, generating an electrical arc that heats the arc-extinguishing tube, releasing a substantial volume of gas. This creates high pressure, propelling the arc along the tube. As the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses its tension, triggering the locking mechanism and causing the fuse tube to drop, transitioning the cutout to an open position. When it's necessary to switch off during cutout loading, operators skillfully employ an insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main and auxiliary static contacts remain engaged. As the pull continues, the auxiliary contacts separate, resulting in an electric arc between them. This arc is extended within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap, where the arc-extinguishing mechanism releases gas to extinguish the arc as the current approaches zero.

A. We accept TT. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C At Sight is ok! We'll l show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons, If vou have leaallyl registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
