The Drop-Out Fuse and Load-Break Drop-Out Fuse are quintessential for outdoor high-voltage electrical protection. These devices are strategically placed on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or as part of distribution line support, offering robust protection against transformers and line short circuits, overloads, and facilitating co-load current operations. Constructed with an insulating bracket and fuse tubes, static contacts are mounted at each end of this bracket, while moving contacts are affixed to both ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube itself is an engineering marvel, crafted from an inner arc tube and an outer phenolic paper tube or epoxy glass cloth tube. The load-breaking drop-out fuse is enhanced with auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, offering remarkable flexibility and efficiency in co-load current operations.

During normal operations, the fuse tube is held in a closed position by the fuse's tension. In the event of a system failure, the fault current swiftly blows the fuse, igniting an arc. This arc heats the arc-extinguishing tube, releasing large volumes of gas that generate high pressure within the tube, creating a vertical wind along the pipeline. The arc is swiftly stretched and elongated. Once the fuse blows, the moving contact loses its tension and disengages, triggering the release of the fuse tube, which drops to signify a breaking position. To pull the load, an insulating rod is utilized to disengage the moving contact. Initially, the moving and static contacts remain in touch, but as the insulating rod continues to pull, the auxiliary contacts separate. This separation results in an arc forming between the auxiliary contacts, which is elongated within the hood slit. The arc cover contains gas that extinguishes the arc as soon as the current reaches zero.

This exceptional product is deployed in 10 ~ 35KV distribution lines, branching lines, and the primary side of distribution transformers, providing unparalleled protection against overloads and short circuits while adeptly managing the separation and combination of the rated load current.
The product model is meticulously crafted following the JB/T8321-1996 Method for AC high-voltage fuses. Its parameters are established based on the GB15166.3-1994 standards for high voltage expulsion fuses. Despite some standards not explicitly defining key parameters and configurations, adjustments are made in accordance with JB/DQ2139-1986 requirements for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses, ensuring cutting-edge technology and precision.
Drop-Out Fuse Cutouts and Load-Switching Fuse Cutouts are indispensable outdoor high-voltage protective devices. They connect seamlessly with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines, providing robust protection against transformer or line short circuits and overloads, as well as ensuring efficient on/off loading currents. The Drop-Out Fuse Cutout comprises insulating supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts secured on the insulator support's two sides and moving contacts affixed at the fuse tube's two ends. The fuse tube features an interior arc-extinguishing tube, with an outer structure crafted from phenolic compound paper or epoxy glass tube. The load-switching fuse cutout is further enhanced with elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, providing superior on-off load current operations.

Under normal working conditions, the fuse tube is held securely in a closed position by the tension of the fuse link. Should a system fault occur, the resulting fault current swiftly causes the fuse to melt, generating an electric arc. This arc heats the arc-extinguishing tube, causing it to emit substantial gas, creating high pressure that propels the arc along the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses its tension, unlocking the mechanism and allowing the fuse tube to drop out, marking the cutout's transition to an open position. For cutout load switching, operators use an insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain in contact; however, as the auxiliary contact is pulled, they separate, creating an electric arc that lengthens within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Simultaneously, the arc-extinguishing enclosure emits gas to extinguish the arc as the current passes through zero.
