The drop-out fuse and pull load drop-out fuse are quintessential outdoor high-voltage protective devices that are vital guardians of electrical systems. These indispensable components are typically positioned on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or serve as crucial connections in distribution lines. Their primary role is to shield against transformer and line short circuits, deftly manage overloads, and facilitate open-circuit load currents. Ingeniously crafted, they consist of an insulating bracket paired with fuse tubes. The static contact is precisely mounted on both ends of the insulation bracket, while the dynamic moving contact is affixed at the ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube's construction boasts an inner arc tube seamlessly enveloped by an outer phenolic paper tube or a robust epoxy glass cloth tube. The sophisticated pull load drop-out fuse features flexible auxiliary contacts and an advanced arc chute, enhancing operational flexibility, especially when opening or co-load currents are at play.

Under optimal conditions, the drop-out fuse remains securely closed, with both the fuse tube and fuse meticulously maintained under tension. In the event of a system malfunction, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, igniting an arc. This arc heats the arc tube intensely, releasing copious amounts of gas and creating a high-pressure environment within the tube. Consequently, a vertical wind is generated along the pipeline, stretching and expanding the arc. Once the fuse is blown, the moving contact loses its tension, triggering the precise locking mechanism. This releases the fuse tube, allowing it to drop into the breaking position. In the process of pulling the load, an insulating rod is utilized to disengage the moving contact, initially maintaining contact with the static contact. By continually pulling with the insulating rod, the auxiliary contacts are separated, forming an arc that elongates gracefully within the hood slit. The gas within the arc cover assists in extinguishing the arc as the current gracefully returns to zero.

This product model is meticulously crafted in accordance with the JB/T8321-1996 Method for type AC high-voltage fuses preparation. It adheres rigorously to the GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses expulsion fuses standards. In instances where standards ambiguously define key parameters and configurations, precise adjustments are made in alignment with JB/DQ2139-1986 requirements for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses interim technology.
Drop-out fuse cutouts and load switching fuse cutouts stand as pivotal outdoor high-voltage protective devices. Seamlessly integrated with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines, they provide indispensable protection against short circuits and overloads, while expertly managing on/off loading currents. The drop-out fuse cutout features insulate insulator supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts securely mounted on both sides of the insulator support, and moving contacts installed at the fuse tube ends. The architecture of the fuse tube includes an inner arc-extinguishing tube enveloped by an outer phenolic compound paper tube or a durable epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout is enhanced with elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure to deftly manage on-off loading current with finesse and precision.

During standard operating conditions, the fuse link guarantees that the fuse tube remains securely in a closed position. In the event of a system fault, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, producing a formidable electric arc that heats the arc-extinguishing tube, releasing substantial gas and creating a high-pressure environment that propels the arc along the tube. Upon the melting of the fuse link, the moving contact loses its tension, triggering the precise locking mechanism. The fuse tube subsequently drops out, transitioning the cutout to an open position. For secure switching off during cutout loading, operators skillfully employ an insulating operating bar to disengage the moving contact. Initially, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain engaged, but further pulling disengages the auxiliary contacts, generating an electric arc that elegantly elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Concurrently, the arc-extinguishing mechanism releases gas to efficiently extinguish the arc as the current smoothly returns to zero.
