The drop-out fuse and pull load drop-out fuse are crucial outdoor high-voltage protective devices, meticulously designed to safeguard your electrical systems with utmost reliability. These fuses, typically positioned on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or as vital components in distribution lines, ensure unparalleled protection against transformer and line short circuits, overloads, and facilitate open-circuit load currents. Featuring an insulating bracket paired with fuse tubes, the static contact is securely affixed to both ends of the insulation bracket, while the moving contact is strategically mounted on the ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube itself is masterfully crafted from an inner arc-extinguishing tube, enveloped by an outer phenolic paper tube or a robust epoxy glass cloth tube. The pull load drop-out fuse is enhanced with flexible auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, offering superior operational flexibility, particularly when managing open or co-load currents.

In normal operational conditions, the drop-out fuse dutifully remains in a closed position, with the fuse tube and fuse under precise tension. Upon encountering system failures, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, generating a potent arc. This intense heat stimulates the arc tube to release significant volumes of gas, creating high pressure within the tube. The resulting vertical wind along the pipeline effectively stretches and elongates the arc. As the fuse blows, the moving contact loses its tension, triggering the locking mechanism to release the fuse tube, which gracefully transitions into the breaking position. For load pulling, an insulating rod is employed to skillfully disengage the moving contact, initially retaining contact with the static contact. Continued pulling using the insulating rod seamlessly separates the auxiliary contacts, where an arc forms and elongates within the hood slit. The gas within the arc cover aids in extinguishing the arc as the current reaches zero, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

This product is expertly engineered for deployment in 10 ~ 35KV distribution lines, branching lines, and the primary side of distribution transformers. It delivers exceptional protection against overloads and short circuits, while efficiently managing the separation and combination of rated load currents with precision and reliability.
The product model is meticulously aligned with the JB/T8321-1996 Method for type AC high-voltage fuses preparation. It is crafted in strict accordance with the GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses expulsion fuses standards. In instances where standards ambiguously define crucial parameters and configurations, corrections are meticulously carried out following the JB/DQ2139-1986 requirements for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses interim technology.
Drop-out fuse cutouts and load switching fuse cutouts serve as integral outdoor high voltage protective devices, seamlessly integrated with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines. They offer indispensable protection against short circuits and overloads, while adeptly managing on/off loading currents. The drop-out fuse cutout consists of insulated insulator supports and a robust fuse tube, with static contacts securely fastened on both sides of the insulator support and moving contacts strategically installed at the ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube's design showcases an inner arc-extinguishing tube encased in an outer phenolic compound paper tube or a sturdy epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout incorporates reinforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, proficiently managing on-off loading current with precision and efficiency.

Under typical working conditions, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube is meticulously secured in a closed position. When system faults arise, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, producing a dynamic electric arc that heats the arc-extinguishing tube, releasing substantial gas and creating high pressure to propel the arc along the tube. Upon the melting of the fuse link, the moving contact loses its tension, triggering the mechanism to lock, allowing the fuse tube to drop out and transit the cutout to an open position. During cutout loading, operators utilize a specialized insulating operating bar to deftly pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain engaged, but further pulling adeptly disengages the auxiliary contacts, generating an electric arc that elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Simultaneously, the arc-extinguishing mechanism releases gas to efficiently extinguish the arc as the current approaches zero, ensuring optimal safety and performance.
