Their sturdy construction proudly showcases an insulating bracket and fuse tubes. The static contact is meticulously secured at each end of the insulation bracket, while the moving contact finds its place at the extremities of the fuse tube. Ingeniously designed, the fuse tube features an inner arc tube, elegantly encased by an outer phenolic paper tube or an epoxy glass cloth tube. Elevate your operational excellence with the pull load drop-out fuse, boasting agile auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, enhancing its operational flexibility and efficiency, particularly when navigating open or co-load currents.
In the realm of daily operations, our drop-out fuse remains steadfastly closed, ensuring the fuse tube and fuse are perfectly taut. Upon the occurrence of a system fault, the fault current acts with speed and precision, melting the fuse and giving birth to an arc. The arc's intense heat initiates a cascade of gas from the arc tube, elevating internal tube pressure. This dynamic process sets a vertical airflow into motion along the pipeline, expertly stretching and elongating the arc. As the fuse succumbs, the moving contact loses its tension, activating the locking mechanism. This expertly calibrated sequence allows the fuse tube to gracefully transition into the breaking position. For proficient load pulling, operators employ an insulating rod to seamlessly disengage the moving contact, initially maintaining its connection with the static contact. Drop-out fuse cutouts and load switching fuse cutouts form the cornerstone of outdoor high voltage protection. Flawlessly integrated into the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines, they provide indispensable defense against short circuits and overloads, while proficiently managing on/off loading currents. The drop-out fuse cutout is characterized by its insulate insulator supports and fuse tube; static contacts are securely situated on either side of the insulator support, with moving contacts artfully positioned at the ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube's design is a marvel, featuring an inner arc-extinguishing tube, skilfully encapsulated by an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout is equally impressive, boasting robust elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, ensuring the proficient management of on-off loading currents.
Under standard operating conditions, the fuse link confidently ensures that the fuse tube remains securely shut. When faults arise, fault currents swiftly melt the fuse, initiating an electric arc that heats the arc-extinguishing tube, prompting the release of abundant gas. This high pressure expertly propels the arc along the tube. Once the fuse link gives way, the moving contact loses tension, triggering the mechanism to lock, and the fuse tube drops out, transitioning the cutout to an open state. To manage switch-off during cutout loading, operators employ an insulating bar to draw the moving contact away. Initially, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain engaged, but further pulling disengages the auxiliary contacts, producing an electric arc that elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Simultaneously, the arc-extinguishing mechanism releases gas, ensuring the arc is decisively extinguished as the current gracefully descends to zero.

A. We accept TT. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C At Sight is ok! We'll l show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
