Introducing our Drop-out Fuse and Pull Load Drop-out Fuse, the ultimate guardians for outdoor high-voltage electrical systems. Perfectly engineered for placement on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or as vital supports in distribution lines, these devices provide unparalleled protection against transformer and line short circuits, as well as overload conditions. They also facilitate smooth current operations. Crafted with an insulating bracket and fuse tubes, featuring static contacts on both ends and moving contacts at the fuse tube ends, these fuses are a marvel of engineering. The interior arc tube is paired with either an outer phenolic paper tube or an epoxy glass cloth tube, forming a robust construction. Meanwhile, the Pull Load Drop-out Fuse offers exceptional adaptability with auxiliary contacts and an arc chute for seamless current load handling.

In a standard operational setup, our drop-out fuse is held securely closed with the fuse tube under tension. Should a system fault arise, the fault current immediately blows the fuse, igniting an arc within the tube. This triggers the arc tube to decompose and release large gas volumes, which generates high pressure and initiates a vertical wind path. This efficient mechanism rapidly stretches the arc. Once the fuse has blown, the moving contact releases its tension, rotating outwards as the lock disengages, allowing the fuse tube to drop and reach a breaking position. For load pulling, an insulating rod is used to maneuver the moving contact, maintaining its connection with the static contact. As the auxiliary contacts separate, an arc forms between them, which elongates within the hood slit. The arc cover, rich with gas, is crucial in extinguishing the arc precisely as the current zeroes out.

It delivers comprehensive protection against overloads and short circuits while facilitating smooth separation and combination of the rated load current.
Our product's exquisite craftsmanship aligns with the JB/T8321-1996 Method for AC high-voltage fuse preparation, and conforms to GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses Expulsion fuses standards. In cases where standards lack explicit definitions for key parameters and configurations, adjustments are meticulously crafted following the JB/DQ2139-1986 interim technology requirements for 10 to 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses.
Our Drop-out Fuse Cutout and Load Switching Fuse Cutout are the pinnacle of outdoor high-voltage protection. Designed to seamlessly connect with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or lines, they serve as critical protectors against short circuits and overloads while managing on/off load currents efficiently. The drop-out fuse cutout integrates insulating insulator supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts on both sides and moving contacts at the tube ends. The fuse tube is equipped with an internal arc-extinguishing tube, enveloped by a phenolic compound paper or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout enhances flexibility with enforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, ensuring efficient current switching.

During normal operations, our fuse link ensures the fuse tube remains securely tightened in a closed position. Upon a fault occurrence, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, creating an electric arc. This causes the arc-extinguishing tube to heat up and release a vast volume of gas, generating high pressure and extending the arc throughout the tube. After melting, the moving contact loses tension, allowing the mechanism to release the lock and the fuse tube to drop into an open position. For load switching during cutout, operators utilize an insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact stays engaged with the auxiliary static contact. Further pulling separates the auxiliary contact, creating an arc that elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. The arc-extinguishing mechanism efficiently expels gas, extinguishing the arc as the current reaches zero.
