Crafted for excellence, our Drop-out Fuse and Pull Load Drop-out Fuse are the pinnacle of outdoor high-voltage protection for electrical systems. Perfectly designed to be installed on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or the pivotal support link of a distribution line, these fuses ensure superior protection against transformer and line short circuits, overloads, and manage co-load currents effectively. Constructed with an insulating bracket and a robust fuse tube, the static contacts are strategically positioned at both ends of the insulation bracket, while the moving contacts are expertly installed on the fuse tube ends. The fuse tube itself is a marvel, composed of an inner arc tube coupled with an outer phenolic paper tube or a resilient epoxy glass cloth tube. The Pull Load Drop-out Fuse is engineered to enhance operational flexibility with its auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, ensuring optimal performance in handling co-load currents.

During standard operation, the fuse tube remains tensioned, maintaining a closed position. However, when the system encounters a fault, the fault current promptly blows the fuse, generating an arc. The arc tube, heated by the electric arc, decomposes into a substantial amount of gas, creating high pressure within the tube that swiftly extends and elongates the arc vertically. Once the fuse blows, the moving contact loses its tension and pivots out, triggering the locking mechanism to release the fuse tube, leading to the fuse tube dropping and establishing a breaking position. For load disconnection, an insulating rod is used to manipulate the moving contact. Initially, the moving and static contacts remain engaged; continued manipulation with the insulating rod separates the auxiliary contacts. An arc forms between these auxiliary contacts and is stretched within the hood slit, while gas in the arc cover extinguishes the arc when the current reaches zero.

Engineered for precision and reliability, this product is essential for 10 ~ 35KV distribution line branching and primary side protection of distribution transformers. It excels at providing overload and short circuit protection, seamlessly managing the separation and combination of rated load currents.
Our product models are meticulously prepared in accordance with the JB/T8321-1996 Method of type AC high-voltage fuses. All product parameters adhere to the GB15166.3-1994 high-voltage fuses expulsion fuses standards. In cases where standards lack explicit definitions for key parameters and configurations, we refer to the JB/DQ2139-1986 interim technical requirements for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high-voltage drop fuses to ensure precise corrections and compliance.
Drop-out fuse cutouts and load switching fuse cutouts are premier outdoor high voltage protective devices. Designed to seamlessly integrate with the incoming feeders of distribution transformers or lines, they provide unparalleled protection against short circuits, overloads, and effectively manage on/off loading currents. Composed of insulator supports and a durable fuse tube, static contacts are firmly fixed on the insulator support sides, while moving contacts are expertly fitted to the fuse tube ends. The fuse tube boasts an internal arc-extinguishing tube and an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout features enhanced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, ensuring reliable switching of on-off loading currents.

In regular operation, a tightened fuse link secures the fuse tube in a closed position. Should a fault occur, the fault current instantly melts the fuse, creating an arc that heats the arc-extinguishing tube and releases a significant amount of gas. This generates high pressure, resulting in the stretching and elongation of the arc within the tube. Post fuse link melting, the moving contact loses its tension, triggering the locking mechanism, and the fuse tube drops, indicating an open position. For cutout loading disconnection, an insulating operating bar is used to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact remains in contact with the auxiliary static contact. Continued pulling separates the auxiliary contact, creating an arc between the auxiliary contacts. The arc is lengthened within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap, and the arc-extinguishing gas is released to extinguish the arc as the current reaches zero.
