The Drop-out Fuse and Pull Load Drop-out Fuse are the epitome of excellence in outdoor high-voltage electrical protection. These indispensable devices are expertly installed on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or serve as vital components in distribution lines. They function as essential guardians, shielding transformers and lines from short circuits and overload scenarios while enabling seamless current management. The drop-out fuse is a marvel of engineering, composed of a robust insulating bracket and durable fuse tubes, with static contacts firmly secured at both ends of the bracket and moving contacts precisely attached to the fuse tube's ends. The fuse tube itself features an inner arc tube, expertly paired with an outer phenolic paper tube or epoxy glass cloth tube, ensuring optimal performance. The Pull Load Drop-out Fuse is crafted with enhanced versatility, incorporating auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, meticulously designed to facilitate effortless load current operations.
During normal operations, the drop-out fuse maintains a secure closed position, with the fuse tube tensioned for optimal readiness. In the event of a system fault, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, creating an arc that ignites the arc tube. This ignition triggers the decomposition of large gas volumes, generating high internal pressure and forming a vertical wind path, which effectively stretches and elongates the arc. After the fuse melts, the moving contact releases its tension and rotates outward, disengaging the locking mechanism, and allowing the fuse tube to drop, transitioning into a breaking position. For load pulling, an insulating rod is used to maneuver the moving contact while maintaining its connection with the static contact. With sustained effort, the auxiliary contacts separate, resulting in an arc between them that stretches within the hood slit. The arc cover, enriched with gas, plays a crucial role in extinguishing the arc as the current nears zero.

This exceptional product is meticulously crafted for application within 10 to 35KV distribution lines, encompassing branching lines and the primary side of distribution transformers. It delivers formidable protection against overloads and short circuits while efficiently facilitating the separation and combination of rated load current, ensuring seamless operational flow.
Engineered with precision, the design of this product strictly complies with the JB/T8321-1996 Method for AC high-voltage fuse preparation. Additionally, the product parameters align with the GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses Expulsion fuses standards. In scenarios where detailed definitions of parameters and configurations are absent, adjustments are made in accordance with the JB/DQ2139-1986 interim technology requirements for 10 to 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance.
The Drop-out Fuse Cutout and Load Switching Fuse Cutout stand as premier outdoor high-voltage protective devices. These devices are designed to seamlessly connect with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or lines, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding against short circuit and overload incidents while adeptly managing on/off load current. The drop-out fuse cutout consists of insulating insulator supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts securely positioned on both sides of the insulator support and moving contacts at the ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube features an internal arc-extinguishing tube, coupled with an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube, ensuring reliability. The load switching fuse cutout is equipped with enforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, designed for efficient on-off load current switching operations.
In standard operational conditions, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube remains tightly secured in a closed position for readiness. Upon encountering faults, the fault current quickly melts the fuse, generating an arc. This causes the arc-extinguishing tube to emit significant gas volumes, creating high pressure and elongating the arc within the tube. Once the fuse link has melted, the moving contact loses its tension, allowing the mechanism to unlock as the fuse tube drops out, transitioning to an open position. During load switching, operators employ an insulating operating bar to maneuver the moving contact. Initially, the main contact stays engaged with the auxiliary static contact. As the auxiliary contact is further drawn, an electric arc forms between the auxiliary contacts, elongating within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. The arc-extinguishing mechanism simultaneously expels gas to extinguish the arc as the current reaches zero, ensuring seamless operations.
