In standard operating conditions, the drop-out fuse remains steadfastly closed, with the fuse tube expertly tensioned. The drop-out fuse cutout features a sophisticated design, with insulating insulator supports and a state-of-the-art fuse tube, where static contacts are strategically fixed on both sides. The internal arc-extinguishing tube, complemented by an outer phenolic compound paper or epoxy glass tube, ensures unparalleled safety. The load switching fuse cutout is further enhanced with elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, delivering efficient on-off load current switching. In typical operational scenarios, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube is tightly secured to maintain a closed position. Upon encountering faults, the fault current promptly melts the fuse, creating an electric arc. This phenomenon causes the arc-extinguishing tube to release significant gas volumes, generating high pressure that elongates the arc throughout the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses its tension, enabling the mechanism to lock and the fuse tube to drop into an open position. For load switching during cutout, operators employ an insulating operating bar to maneuver the moving contact. Initially, the main contact stays engaged with the auxiliary static contact. As the auxiliary contact is further pulled, an electric arc forms between the auxiliary contacts, which skillfully elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Concurrently, the arc-extinguishing mechanism expels gas to extinguish the arc as the current seamlessly transitions to zero, ensuring optimal safety and performance.

A. We accept TT. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C At Sight is ok! We'll l show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
