Typically, these fuses are installed on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or serve as vital protective components in distribution lines. They offer robust protection against transformer and line short circuits, as well as overload scenarios, while facilitating open-circuit load currents. Engineered with an insulating bracket and fuse tubes, the device features a static contact securely mounted on both ends of the insulation bracket, while the moving contact is anchored to the ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube itself is a marvel, crafted from an inner arc tube encased in an outer phenolic paper tube or an epoxy glass cloth tube. The pull load drop-out fuse is specially designed with flexible auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, ensuring operational flexibility when dealing with co-load current scenarios.

In the realm of normal operations, the drop-out fuse stands firm in a closed position, with the fuse tube and fuse primed under tension. However, when a system failure strikes, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse, unleashing an arc. The arc tube, subjected to the arc's intense heat, releases abundant gas, generating high pressure within the tube. This results in a powerful vertical wind along the pipeline, effectively stretching the arc. When the fuse blows, the moving contact loses its tension, engaging the locking mechanism, and releasing the fuse tube to drop into its breaking position. The product model strictly adheres to the JB/T8321-1996 Method for type AC high-voltage fuses preparation, guaranteeing reliability and safety. It is constructed in accordance with the GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses expulsion fuses standards, ensuring top-notch performance. In cases where standards are unclear regarding key parameters and configurations, adjustments are made in line with JB/DQ2139-1986 requirements for 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses interim technology, establishing a benchmark for excellence.
Our drop-out fuse cutouts and load switching fuse cutouts are essential outdoor high voltage protective devices, seamlessly integrated with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines. They provide critical protection against short circuits and overloads while efficiently managing on/off loading currents. The drop-out fuse cutout features insulate insulator supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts securely positioned on both sides of the insulator support and moving contacts at the fuse tube ends. The sophisticated architecture of the fuse tube includes an inner arc-extinguishing tube enveloped by an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout is distinguished by reinforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, expertly managing on-off loading current with ease and precision.

Under regular working conditions, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube is firmly secured in a closed position. However, when system faults emerge, the fault current rapidly melts the fuse, producing an energetic arc that heats the arc-extinguishing tube and releases substantial gas, creating high pressure that propels the arc along the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses its tension, the mechanism locks, and the fuse tube drops out, transitioning the cutout to an open position. For switching off during cutout loading, operators utilize an insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. At first, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain engaged, but further pulling disengages the auxiliary contacts, generating an arc that elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Simultaneously, the arc-extinguishing mechanism releases gas to extinguish the arc as the current passes zero, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
