Service conditions
1. Suitable for installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
2. Engineered to withstand ambient air temperatures ranging from a brisk -30ºC to a warm +40ºC, with provisions for extreme low temperatures down to -40ºC in Paramos regions.
3. Withstands wind pressure up to 700Pa, equivalent to a wind speed of 34m/s, ensuring reliability in high-wind environments.
4. Built to endure earthquake intensities up to 8 degrees, showcasing resilience in seismically active areas.

Q2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A. Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. You can fly to Longwan airport directly. All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

A. We accept TT. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C At Sight is ok! We'll l show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4. Tell me the standard of package? What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons, If vou have leaallyl registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A. If you have good quantity,it absolute no problem to do OEM.

A. If the number of aoods is small we usually use TNT.DHL.FEDEX.EMS and some express voull offered. If the number of the goods is big usually we use the FWD you offered or we provided. Either by sea or by air is OK.

A: Generally, it will take 25 to 30 days after receivina vour advance payment.
The specificl delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Silicone rubber's reqular product is 1,000/ week, Porcelain's need 2-3 weeks about 1000 pcs.
