General
Our Drop-out Fuse and Pull Load Drop-out Fuse are essential outdoor high-voltage protection devices, meticulously designed for placement on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or as part of the distribution line's support link. They offer unparalleled protection against transformer and line short circuits, overloads, and facilitate the opening and co-loading of current. Crafted with precision, the Drop-out Fuse integrates an insulating bracket and fuse tubes. Static contacts adorn each end of the insulation bracket, while the movable contacts are expertly fitted at both ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube itself boasts an inner arc tube encompassed by either a phenolic paper tube or an epoxy glass cloth tube. Our Pull Load Drop-out Fuse elevates operational flexibility with auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, ensuring seamless open and co-load current handling.
During standard operations, the drop-out fuse maintains a closed position through the tensioned fuse tube. Upon system failure, the swift action of the fault current blowing the fuse instigates the formation of an arc. This arc induces combustion within the arc tube, yielding copious gas and generating high-pressure conditions within the tube. This pressure fuels a vertical wind along the pipeline, swiftly stretching and elongating the arc. With the fuse blown, the moving contact loses its tension, triggering the release of the fuse tube from the locking mechanism, thus enabling the fuse tube to drop and establish a breaking position. For load switching, an insulating rod is utilized to disengage the moving contact. Initially, both the moving and static contacts remain engaged. As the insulating rod continues to pull, the auxiliary contacts disengage, sparking an arc that extends within the hood slit. The gas within the arc cover aids in extinguishing the arc when the current reaches zero.

Engineered for precision, this versatile product operates across 10 to 35KV distribution lines, ideal for both branching lines and the primary side of distribution transformers. It is expertly designed to deliver exceptional overload and short circuit protection, as well as facilitate seamless separation and combination of the rated load current.
Our product model follows the esteemed JB/T8321-1996 Method for AC high-voltage fuses preparation, ensuring reliability and safety. The product parameters are defined by the GB15166.3-1994 standards for high voltage fuses and expulsion fuses, while any undefined critical parameters and configurations are amended in accordance with JB/DQ2139-1986 10 ~ 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuse interim technology requirements, ensuring compliance and performance excellence.
The Drop-out Fuse Cutout and Load Switching Fuse Cutout are indispensable outdoor high-voltage protective devices. Seamlessly connecting with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or lines, they offer robust protection against transformer or line shorts and overloads, in addition to on/off loading and current management. The Drop-out Fuse Cutout is composed of insulating support and a durable fuse tube, with static contacts fastened on either side of the insulator support and a moving contact positioned at each end of the fuse tube. The fuse tube features an inner arc-extinguishing tube and is enveloped by an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The Load Switching Fuse Cutout is equipped with elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure to efficiently manage switching on-off loading current.
In normal function, the fuse link secures the fuse tube, maintaining a closed position. Should system faults occur, the fault current swiftly melts the fuse link, producing an electric arc that heats the arc-extinguishing tube, leading to the release of significant gas. This process creates high pressure that propels the arc along the tube. Upon melting, the moving contact loses its tension, causing the mechanism to lock and the fuse tube to drop, placing the cutout in an open position. During load switching operations, operators use an insulating operating bar to disengage the moving contact. Initially, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain connected. Continued disengagement leads to separation of the auxiliary contacts, resulting in an electric arc that elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. The arc is effectively extinguished as the enclosure releases gas to blow off the arc when the current passes zero.

A. Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. You can fly to Longwan airport directly. All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

A. We accept TT. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C At Sight is ok! We'll l show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons, If vou have leaallyl registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
