Our Drop-out Fuse and Pull Load Drop-out Fuse are cutting-edge outdoor high-voltage protection devices designed for optimal electrical safety. Strategically installed on the high-voltage side of distribution transformers or as Support Links on distribution lines, they serve as robust protectors against short circuits and overloads. They ensure seamless opening and current load management. Constructed with a durable insulating bracket and fuse tubes, they feature static contacts at both ends of the insulation bracket and moving contacts at the ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube, crafted from an inner arc tube and an outer phenolic paper tube or epoxy glass cloth tube, provides enhanced durability. Our Pull Load Drop-out Fuse is engineered for superior performance with flexible auxiliary contacts and an arc chute, streamlining co-load current operations.
During regular operations, the drop-out fuse remains securely in a closed position, maintained by the fuse tube's tension. In the event of a system failure, the fault current swiftly blows the fuse, creating an arc. This arc ignites the arc tube, releasing a surge of gas and forming high pressure within the tube. This high pressure generates a powerful vertical wind within the pipeline, swiftly stretching and elongating the arc. Once the fuse has blown, the moving contact loses tension, triggering the locking mechanism to release the fuse tube, which then drops to form a breaking position. For load switching, an insulating rod pulls the moving contact. Initially, the moving and static contacts remain in contact, but further pulling separates the auxiliary contacts. An arc emerges between these contacts, stretching through the hood slit. As gas is released from the arc cover, the arc extinguishes when the current reaches zero.
Use and Standards
Engineered for 10 to 35KV distribution lines and transformers, this product offers robust primary side protection against overloads and short circuits. It enables efficient separation and combination of the rated load current, ensuring operational reliability and safety.
The product model adheres to the JB/T8321-1996 method for AC high-voltage fuses. It is crafted following the GB15166.3-1994 standards for high-voltage expulsion fuses. Although key parameters and configurations are not explicitly defined, adjustments are made according to JB/DQ2139-1986 specifications for 10 to 35KV outdoor high-voltage drop fuses to meet interim technology requirements.
Drop-out Fuse Cutout and Load Switching Fuse Cutout are advanced outdoor high-voltage protective devices. They are designed to connect with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or lines, providing superior protection against short circuits and overloads while managing on/off loading current. The Drop-out Fuse Cutout is composed of insulating supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts secured on both sides of the insulator support and moving contacts affixed to the fuse tube ends. The fuse tube incorporates an inside arc-extinguishing tube, enveloped by an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load-switching fuse cutout is enhanced with enforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, ensuring efficient on-off load current management.
During normal operations, the fuse link secures the fuse tube in a closed position. Upon system faults, the fault current melts the fuse immediately, generating an electric arc. This process heats the arc-extinguishing tube, causing it to release a substantial amount of gas and creating high pressure. This pressure drives the arc along the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses tension, activating the locking mechanism and allowing the fuse tube to drop, opening the cutout. For load switching, the operator uses an insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main and auxiliary contacts remain connected, but continued pulling separates the auxiliary contacts, generating an arc between them. This arc lengthens within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap, and as gas is expelled, the arc is extinguished when the current reaches zero.

A. Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. You can fly to Longwan airport directly. All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons, If vou have leaallyl registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
