They are indispensable for protecting against short circuits and overloads in transformers and lines, while also facilitating the efficient opening and co-loading of current. Ingeniously constructed, the drop-out fuse integrates an insulating bracket and fuse tubes, with static contacts securely positioned at the bracket's ends and moving contacts at the fuse tube's extremities. The sophisticated design of the fuse tube includes an inner arc tube paired with a robust outer phenolic paper tube or epoxy glass cloth tube. The Pull Load Drop-out Fuse takes flexibility to new heights with its auxiliary contacts and arc chute, meticulously engineered for smooth current load operations.

In seamless standard operations, the drop-out fuse remains securely closed with the fuse tube expertly tensioned. Should a system malfunction arise, the fault current acts swiftly, blowing the fuse and initiating an arc. This arc ignites the arc tube, setting off the decomposition of substantial gas volumes. This generates high pressure, crafting a vertical wind path that elegantly stretches and elongates the arc. Post fuse-blow, the moving contact releases tension, rotates outward, and the locking mechanism disengages, letting the fuse tube drop to signify a breaking position. For load pulling, an insulating rod is utilized to pull the moving contact, ensuring contact with the static contact. This exceptional product is meticulously designed for incorporation in 10 to 35KV distribution lines, including branching lines and on the primary side of distribution transformers. It provides unparalleled protection against overloads and short circuits, enabling seamless separation and unification of the rated load current.
The precision-engineered design of this product strictly conforms to the JB/T8321-1996 Method for AC high-voltage fuse preparation, while its parameters align with the GB15166.3-1994 high voltage fuses Expulsion fuses standards. In the absence of detailed parameter definitions within the standards, adjustments are executed in accordance with the JB/DQ2139-1986 interim technology requirements for 10 to 35KV outdoor high voltage drop fuses.
The Drop-out Fuse Cutout and Load Switching Fuse Cutout stand as premier choices in outdoor high-voltage protective devices. Masterfully engineered to link with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or lines, they are pivotal in protecting against short circuits and overloads, all while adeptly managing the on/off load current. The drop-out fuse cutout consists of insulating insulator supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts firmly mounted on both sides of the insulator support and moving contacts at the fuse tube ends. The fuse tube's architecture includes an internal arc-extinguishing tube and an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout adds enforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure for proficient on-off load current switching.

In the realm of normal operations, the fuse link ensures the fuse tube remains taut, maintaining a secure closed position. Upon encountering faults, the fault current instantaneously melts the fuse, unleashing an electric arc. This process causes the arc-extinguishing tube to heat and expel significant gas volumes, generating high pressure that elongates the arc along the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses tension, allowing the mechanism to lock and the fuse tube to disengage, switching to an open position. For load switching during cutout, operators utilize an insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact stays engaged with the auxiliary static contact. As pulling continues, an electrical arc is formed between the auxiliary contacts, which then elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure gap. Concurrently, the arc-extinguishing mechanism expels gas to extinguish the arc as the current reaches zero.
